FATC Receives 501 (3) (c) Approval

Friends of Albany Tennis Club (FATC) 501 (3) (c) now has status as a not-for-profit charitable organization called Friends of Albany Tennis Club, Inc (FATC). With this designation, FATC is exempt from Federal income tax and is qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers, or gifts. This will help us ensure the quality of our club facilities and allow us to contribute to charitable initiatives.
