Albany Tennis Club Protocols for Summer 2021

NYS recommends that all eligible individuals are vaccinated against COVID-19.

For more information visit: https://covid19vaccine.health.ny.gov/

The following rules are intended to foster a safe environment for outdoor tennis. Do not play if you are: exhibiting any symptoms of the coronavirus or have been in contact with someone with COVID-19 in the last 14 days. ATC will continue to follow and implement New York State and the CDC’s most current COVID-19 guidelines throughout the 2021 season.

WHEN AT THE ATC: Pursuant to revised guidelines issued by the CDC on May 13, 2021, individuals who are fully vaccinated against Covid 19 are no longer required to wear masks or maintain social distancing while visiting the ATC. However, for their protection, individuals who are not fully vaccinated against Covid 19 are expected to wear a mask and maintain social distancing while they are visiting the ATC.

  • Bring a water bottle. The water fountain will be turned on to fill bottles only (not to drink out of).
  • ATC will continue to offer hand sanitizer pump stations near courts and porta potties.

If you are uncomfortable with another member’s behavior or if you have questions about ATC’s Covid-19 protocols, please let Larry know or the attendant on duty, or email Scott Halle at halle8378@gmail.com.
